Spore Creature Creator

 A while back I download the spore creature creator form EA and It was working fine for months. But now when ever I try to play the game it crashes at either the EA logo or sometimes the Maxis logo.  I've tryed reinstalling it and starting it directly from th EA download manager, but neither made a difference. Any help would be much appreciated.

Have you tried the EA support page? Select PC, then Spore, then Creature Creature and then the type of problem you're having.

any new anti-virus software on your pc? that sometimes messes with existing programs , even after you reinstall them.....

I remember sometime around the release of the Creature Creator, there was a bug if you installed the download manager with the game it would cause the CC to crash repeatedly. The solution was the uninstall the EA Download Manager or uninstalling both and reinstalling without the EA Download Manager.
