Tabbed Dock bring to front problem

I have created 2 docks :

One standard at the bottom always visible
One Tabbed Dock on the top (with not always on Top uncheked)

When I have a windows maximized and I move my mouse on the bottom dock, the top tabbed dock bring to front, but I don't want, I want this tabbed dock keep always on back !

I use Object Dock plus with admin right (I have remove free version before to install plus version) under Windows XP SP2 (with all recents updates)

How I can fix this problem ?

Open the configuration for that dock and click on the HotSpots selection. Make sure you have Do Nothing For This Dock selected.

Make sure all the little arrows are black, that means they are all set to Do Nothing

That's it, one arrow was white, I understand now :)
