Where is my CD key located?

Ok, well I go to register my game on Sins's website so I can get the updates and all that good stuff. It says the serial number should be on the inside of the DVD case. So I look there and low and behold there is nothing. I look on the back of the "Training Manual" and I see two stickers. One that says "Use your serial number to download your free bonues theme at: "insert link here" with 9 numbers in the lower right hand corner of the sticker.

Then there is this sticker right below it with 6 seperate groups of random numbers and letters seperated by dashes. I assumed that was the serial number but that didn't work when I entered it. Any help is appreciated.

Mine says "PC SINS SOLAR CODE STKR" with the code above it on the back of the manual. You may want to talk with the place that sold it to you.

When you say it didn't work, what does that mean? Did it say it's already registered, or that it's invalid?

I would contact support@stardock.com and see what they say.. pretty much out of the realm of any of us forumites.
