Trouble with twighlight launcher

After I click to launch GC2:ToA I get the error (though can still play)
Error: galactic civilizations 2: Dark Avatar needs to be patched to 1.80C.096 or higher to run in order to run ToA.
I have all of my GC2's fully updated. If I click ok I can still play ToA, though if I click on Events there is a crash, along with some random crashes.
-Any support will be most appreciated.
