Preorder Question

How can you check if your preorder actually worked?

Here's a question for anyone that can answer it. 

On the first day that Demigod was available to be preordered I did the whole signup process.  Now as the beta approaches I can't seem to find anything that says I actually did preorder.  Nothing in my Stardock account shows a Demigod preorder and I can't find an e-mail saying I preordered either.  I realize the Demigod keys won't be e-mailed until the beta actually goes out but does anyone know how to check if you actually preordered?

If you pre-ordered, you would have an e-mail sent by Stardock, so I suggest looking very carefully. If you can't find that, you should probably call... sales?

Magicide, send an email to sales@stardock.com with your concerns. I'm sure they will be able to sort it out for you. They will have your email address in their system, so they should be able to source your tax invoice/receipt number for you.

They are usually pretty quick too, I got a response on a question I had on the next working day.

Another Preorder question:

I´m collecting information about Demigod and now i really want to get the preorder and help to improve the game in the beta.

But there is one problem the payment-alternatives. The Stardock.com Store doesn´t accept PayPal for preorder-products and I don´t have any credit card. So before I keep on mention to get one I tried to find another shop to preorder Demigod, but I don´t find one ^^"

That´s my question ... are there any other stores who sell the preorder?

Even if you could preorder elsewhere, only a direct order would get you into the beta. We don't do preorder-boxes so it would basically just be a reservation for release if you got it somewhere else.

If the beta is not full when we launch it, you should be able to purchase it with paypal during a window after that point (usually a week or so).
