Terror Star Does Not Attack

I have the terror star parked next to a star.  I select the terror star and then right click on the star to blow it up.  Nothing happens.  It takes away all the teror stars movement points and makes me wait another turn.

What do I have to do to make it attack?

I had to check the 'Show Battle Sequence' check box in the game options and then the terror star finally attacked.

Nice programming. May want to fix that one.
