Account expired? (serial?)

I haven't played Galciv2 for some time but just bought the expansions, but after installing galciv2 i can't update in Impulse and it says "your account is expired. (ref: 3)". What can be the problem?

Nevermind.
Just remembered that i need to use serial swap for my european version of Galciv2. Sent e-mail to support as i can't get the serial to my new address and can't access my old e-mail account.
