How to...? SKS 6

Ok, right now i'm over my first WB skin., but i dont have any clue in how to creat an animated start button, i want to make use of one of my animations from EvolveFX (Busy.., if you haven't seen it take a look: http://tycus.deviantart.com/art/EvolveFX-Animations-92906539 ), i've seen that Molten has an animated start button but i can figure out how it was made :P

 

..any help?
