Bought Expansion bundle and was charged... but was told an error had occurred.

Normally I don't post my problems on forums, but I've looked over a lot of the posts here, and it appears as if the game makers are pretty active and helpful.

So, here I go.

I tried to buy the expansion bundle to Galactic Civilizations 2 (DA and TA, packaged together for digital download). I put in my information, paid for it (and upon checking my checking account I was charged for it) but I recieved a message that the transfer and purchase had been unsuccessful, as I had (apparently) put in different information than what I had registered.

I never gave Stardock this information, I believe. I bought a hard copy of the game.

So if anyone can help me out, I figured that the money had not been taken out of my account so I closed the window too soon. I'm not sure who to talk to help get this fixed. If anyone can give me a hand, I'd really appreciate it.

And for the record, I don't blame Stardock, this kind of thing has happened before (with other game purchases made online) thankfully it has always turned out alright.

Email sales@stardock.com and they can get it sorted out, reverse any erroneous charge, etc.
