Resolution problems

I'm not sure if this belongs to here or Beta feedback, since i have the beta patch. Anyway this seemed like a better place.
Problem is that my game is locked into 1024*768 resolution, other resolutions are not available in the video settings. Also the refresh rate tab is empty, though aa settings are normal. I checked the user.settings file, and there the resolution is 1280*1024.
I ran the game 1280*1024 before, and haven't done anything to settings in the game or windows since.
My graphics card is GF 9600GT 512Mb, and OS is 32b Vista Ultimate.
