I don't think that exists in any manual, PDF, strategy guide....etc. I have asked the same question on these forums. It is a 'learn as u go' type thing. I did not like that at first cuz I'm a 'read all manuals' kinda guy. BUT....I find I like this game so much better trying to figure it out myself.
