Hi Ya Updated Windowblinds Last night To 6.2,Every Time Windows Boots Up I See The Windowblinds Config Window Is There A Setting To Disable This?Never Happened To Me Before I Always Have The Windowblinds Icon In The Taskbar Running

Sounds like a borked install, some settings are not being written to the registry I think.
Uninstall, turn off security software, install and reboot.

This happened to someone else because it created a startup folder you don't need. Look in your startup folders and if the one mentioned in the linked thread is there,delete the folder from startup.This may not apply in your case,but that fixed it for that person.

run msconfig and see if you have WB listed more than once there
