Runtime Error

When I try to run Sins, It goes black for a second or two than pops up with "Runtime Error! This application has requested Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way." Yesterday it ran just fine (aside from the inescapable freezes and crashes that normally happen). I can't update because when I try to register for a Stardock account it says "The serial number does not belong to the e-mail address you entered." When I e-mail Support, all I get is an automatic response that has nothing to do with my problem and doesn't help me at all and leads me to an archive of my e-mails to Support. What do I do?

Auto-responses are generally just "Hey, we got your email. We'll look into your problem as soon as possible. When we have a solution or need more information, we'll contact you."

Support is closed on the weekends.  As Kitkun stated, you just got an auto-responder.  You should expect to hear from support sometime early next week about your problem.

I have the run time error after playing for approximately 2 hour. Is there any solution?
