A simple change for v2.0

Default ship rotation is OFF for the SHIPYARD screen.
Default ship rotation is ON for the ship INTELLIGENCE REPORT screen.

I am sick of clicking the little button each time I design a ship and eachtime I want to look at one in the "role play" intelligence screen.

How about it?

The shipyard design screen has rotation off. It's only the display when looking through the already existing designs that rotates.
