Some questions about how SoaSE will run on my system, and a question about online activity.

Basically, I know my computer is powerful enough to run the game, having run Supreme Commander: Forged Alliance smoothly (SCFA, get the name?) which is a rather big feaat. Now, the questions are as follows.

1:I have 32 bit Vista. What should I get for it and how effective are they?

2:I have an Nvidia card, I heard it causes some issues at max settings, but  I heard that back in  Febuary  and I know  that  Ironclad and  StarDock are good companies.

3:From the Wiki page, it says that there are only about 125 people on at a time and it's hard to find a game. Is this true or a blatant lie?

Thanks for giving the answers (if answers are given)!

Uhm, what is it you're looking for? Buying something new? What is "they"?

8800GT here, no problems at max settings. Game does lag on larger battles, but that's not a graphics issue.

Dunno about the 3rd.

1. There are more than enough threads on this subject with which to compare your specs. If you're looking for an FPS-count you can forget about it, since as the game progresses there will be more and more for the system to compute (SINS is purely P2P, every PC runs the ENTIRE simulation locally) and in large battles many if not most systems will experience a significant FPS drop.

2. Again, more than enough threads on this subject and of course it does matter which nVidia card you have. (the older nVidia cards are seemingly having issues that are driver-related)

3. Since the game only needs 2 people online to play a 1v1 (125) would be more than enough. You'll find the number of people online in ICO at any given time fluctuates and seems to increase on weekends (for obvious reasons).
