Problem with Object Dock and windows blinds?

Currently I'm using the eminence windows blinds theme. Usually the system tray in object shows over the top bar in all windows but most times after a while it appears behind and I need to restart object dock many times during the day just to fix it. It's like the widows are bit transparent and object dock shows the docks behind the windows. Any reason for it? Here is an example: http://img393.imageshack.us/my.php?image=problemvq7.jpg

What OS are you using? Which version of WB? Which version of OD?

Open the WindowBlinds Configuration screen and click on "System info" then click the "Copy text" button. Paste that info here.
