Where can I get the patches from?

I haven't played GalCiv since I bought it a while back but I wanted to start playing it again. I can't seem to find the patches though. When I click Update in the pre-game lancher it just takes me to where I can download Impulse and the Demo. I get the same thing when I click downloads over at the left of the site here. I tried logging in but the patches still arn't there. I entered my cd-key when I installed and I downloaded the patches from this site the first time so I proably put it into this account as well.

Can the patches still be gotten off of the site here or is Impulse now the only way?

Standalone patches were discontinued back at the end of 2006. The latest updates are now available through Impulse.

Alright then, it took 3 tries but Impulse seems to be doing it now. It came up with two different errors and then had to shut down and be restarted.
