Activation Problems

Exceeded Activations Limit

I have been experiencing multiple problems with my computer, an HP Pavilion computer of which I will Never, Ever buy again. I have exceeded my number of "Activations" do to this piece junk HP calls a computer. I have had to use "Recovery", which means I have had to reset this computer back to factory defaults so many times since I got this thing that I have lost count. I need help from someone at Stardock to reset my "Activations" limit. I have the Windowblinds CD and the ObjectDesktop 2008, but they are useless if I can't activate Windowblinds. Windowblinds is my most used application and I love it, please help.

Thank You

I am having much the same problem after a reinstall of windows vista home premium. When I attempt to activate windowblinds I receive an error that stardock activation has a problem and needs to close.
Then windowblinds opens but if I try to apply a skin all I get is the windows classic skin applied.
I did receice a message that my Internet Security (Kaspersky 2009) was the problem and a popup allowed me to activate by e-mail. However I will not know the result of this until Stardock return from holiday.
I did disable Kaspersky but it did not make any difference.
I also get a similar message when I try to use logon vista. (Logon vista has encountered a problem and needs to close)

Regards
