Bug in "Molten" and other skins

I really hope that this is in the right forum, because if it isn't, I cannot figure out how to navigate this "Stardock Central" thing to find what I need. If this is in the wrong forum, please tell me how to repost it into the correct forum (or forward it there) because I cannot see how to navigate this system.

But that is not my real issue. My real issue is below:

With the "Molten" skin that is included with Windowblinds, there appears to be a bug that prevents certain toolbars from displaying. When pulling down the Google Toolbar on IE, the pulldown menu appears for a split second and then immediately vanishes. Also, on a drawing program I use with a free floating toolbar, this toolbar does not reopen with the cursor as it is supposed to. This problem occurs in "Molten" and a few other skins. I have tried adjusting transparency but this problem persists (in fact, that adjustment temporarily caused the same problem in skins that previously did not have it).

Please tell me what might be wrong here and what I can do about it.

(I hope there is a message sent to my e-mail telling me when replies are made to this message.  If not, I will have to repost it somewhere and include my e-mail address so that I know when I get a reply)

Support staff trawl the forums on a regular basis so you should get a reply fairly soon, so check back often. You can bookmark this page if it makes things easier.
If you do however, require replies sent back to you, it might be wise to shoot off an email to their support desk at support[at]stardock[dot]com.

What version of WB? post the system info

exlusions are done through the 'per application' or 'change the look of an app'

That advice to change the skin for individual applications was VERY helpful, thank you. It is forcing a change to hide a bug, but it seems to work. I'd like to find a solution that will fix rather than mask the problem though, and I will provide the information you needed.

My version of WB is the newest 6.1.
My version of IE is 6.0 (I am weary of 7.0 and have deliberately avoided it).
The drawing application I spoke of is called Ultimate Paint, version 2.88.

I have links to screenshots which may help explain my problem:

Try Wb config window/Settings/ override default settings/Controls in applications which are not theme aware should not be skinned. Check or uncheck this box and apply. This may help with the second tool bar issue.

You may also try changing settings in the advanced User settings section pertaining to the vista settings at the bottom. One of them could be needing changed.

I Know some skins seem to break the menus, I got it working once when I had the issue on XP.. But for the life of me cant remember. When I do, Il Post my fix....

Well, I found that the problem (the Google menu not staying pulled down) isn't just with Molten (and a few other skins that I rejected) but with the skins which previously did not have this problem (that is, it seems to do this now with ALL skins, not just a few) and I don't know why it started doing it. My only option is just to not skin Internet Explorer at all; so far so good. The other problem seems solved by using another skin and has not yet given me any more problems.

I have noticed that my solution begins to defeat the purpose of getting a skinnable shell, though, does it not? I thought that maybe the reason it had problems was because it was not registered, and that the errors would clean up as soon as I paid for it. So now, it's like buying enough paint to paint my whole house and then finding out I can only paint one side.
