How do i get Stardock to fix a bug they introduced in Windws Blinds 6.1 that wasn't in 6.0?

I'm not exactly sure what to do.  I have already submitted a support request several weeks ago clearly proving there's a reproducable bug which was introduced in version 6.1; that wasn't in version 6.0.  I've been repeatedly asking access to a daily build from the developers which has a fix, but my requests just keep getting ignored.

I have repeatedly emailed tech support with a case # and also updated my esupport ticket.  Nothing.
