Bug

Hi just wanted to tell ya that ever since the Alpha release before 1.95 came out I have been having this little problem with a custom race using Thalans tech tree or just playing as the Thalans. For some wierd reason when the game starts I cant put down a Hyperion Matrix... Yes I made sure I selected it in my starting tech.  I have to remove it and add it then I can start a game by putting one down. But when I ctrl N to get a better starting homeworld it will be gone again... Ya I am sending you guys a debug. Anyone else had this prob... Should I also reinstall TOA?
