The Arceans - Stats Section

Hi,

I've just started recently a game on TotA with the Arceans, and I've noticed something strange in the stats tab at the abilities section ...

Ok, persistent trade routes means that it 'prevents your trade routes from cancelling after your mini-freighter has been destroyed too many times' but what's with the big percentage number ? How does this feature work ? I am also a new player and perhaps I am missing a few facts, I don't know.

Definitely looks like a bug to me. Might also be worth checking you have the lateest version (1.95).

I thought the Arceans always got at least a 146 million percent bonus to persistent trade...


But seriously, I didn't know there was a persistent trade stat either, although the value for it is obviously whacked in that game.

It sounds like this stat refers to a race's trade route's ability to withstand attack and not collapse. A higher value indicates that it will take the destruction of more mini-freighters to cause the route to collapse. Just a guess though.
