Metaverse error 16
Unable to post results

I get an error 16 when I trie to post a game to the metaverse.
A dialog box says:
"(16) The results of this game could not be posted to the metaverse. Would you like to try posting your results again?"
I have read https://forums.galciv2.com/72056 but I am writing on my laptop so if anything else is nessesery please ask for it and I will power my other com up and edit it into this post.
