Where is Sector X:4 Y:0 ?

In the 4th or so mission in the campaign you are told to flee to sector X:4 Y:0. The Dark Avatar campaign had a similar mission which frustrated me also. I have not been able to find anywhere that marks the map locations on a sector basis. What feature am I missing? Since this is, after all, the victory condition, I would think this would be more obvious.

At the top of your screen there should be a set of numbers akin to 3,3 or such stating what sector the center of your screen is in. Move around and you'll see those numbers change. If memory serves, while looking at the diamond-shaped mini-map, the sector in that left corner is 0,0 and the one to it's SE is 1,0.

Yep, in Twilight the numbers on the HUD at the top of the screen (next to the button that says "MENU") will tell you what sector you are currently looking at (in XX:YY format).

Also, a good thing to know is that the sectors are numbered in increasing order.  X sectors increase as you move from left to right, while Y sectors increase as you move from down to up, as illustrated in this picture:
