Zoomba, please, be more careful next time before locking someone's thread.
If you care to read, in my first post, I've already debunked the excuse or reason of my first thread being deleted. So, it doesn't make sense at all to lock that new thread.
Besides, I did not revive a deleted thread. The thread that was deleted is different with the one that you have locked.
I have debunked all the excuses to delete or lock my threads. So, please, do not delete or lock this one, unless you have good, make sense, and professional reasons.
You do not want to destroy Stardock's image with your action, don't you?

Didn't you notice the thread had been locked when you replied to it? Or perhaps, it's intentional, to make an argument without giving a change for the other party to respond?

Anyway I thought the story was like:
IVAN bought the OD 1.9 and was unusable by iVAN from the beginning, but no options were given to him. Thus iVAN spent money only for nothing.
IVAN bought 1.5. So, it makes sense now, why you didn't offer him compensation.

I thought injustice has been going on in here. I owe an apologize regarding this issue.
However, I still think OD is too slow on development.
What if I bought 1.9 now, but it was unusable, and I would't be satisfied by refund or future promises.
In that case nothing can be done to satisfied the customer as all attentions are in Dell at the moment. And the possibility is high that there are many decided not to buy OD because of the slow development.
Actually, fanboys, you should be grateful to have iVAN here, because he tries to push SD to improve and work on OD.
Don't you want to have better OD soon? Perhaps, it's annoying to read the complaints, but those are not for you, ignore them. Especially now, when OD is left behind because of Dell. Lucky, there is iVAN that insisting on OD improvement and got blamed, it doesn't have to be you.
Think about it guys.
For SD, I think, if you really want to improve OD. Add iVAN as beta tester. It seems iVAN is able to find more bugs than others. So, he can be a useful addition to the team... if you want to produce good OD.

Now, like I said, I want to buy OD. But, I'm disappointed by the slow development. So, my questions:
There should be a deadline when the new version will come, right? Please tell us. Doesn't have to be precise, say it's within 6 months, more, or perhaps summer 2009.
If I bought the OD now, will I still get free update when the new version come? And for how long?
