how to hide desktopx tray icon?

How does one hide the tray icon for desktopx? I guess im blind because I cant find the option or was it removed in the newer versions?

Right click your taskbar. Select Properties, Taskbar tab, select customize button beside hide inactive icons, then set DesktopX to always hide.
