civ rankings bug

I'm wondering if the civ rankings are screwed up. I can be last place in essentially every category but still number 1 or 2 over all. Was there a change in how this is calculated?

There's an issue with a negative treasury. For some reason a negative treasury get's evalued as a very highly positive treasury and that's why you appear to be #1.
