Problem within Objectdock (Stardock products)

I already created a thread and posted a long letter. But, it was deleted and I got a PM that says:
"Wincustomize.com is a member site where members try to assist other members having issues with Stardock products. If you have complaints on how Stardock runs the site then please send them to gripeline@stardock.com."

My answer:
Yes, I only try to assist iVAN as he is having some issues with Objectdock. Which, apparently and of course.. related with how Stardock runs. So, it is a good idea to post it here for other to see, in case they are experiencing the same problem that iVAN has been experiencing. So, they can know what they expect. After all this is a site where members try to assist each other for having issues with Stardock products.

Someone said StarDock aren't afraid to let people speak their minds at all. My thread has been deleted. So, maybe they are afraid of my post. A very interesting post it was.

Now, I have question for Stardock. Will Stardock people please stop blaming iVAN, apologize, admitting the mistakes, and promise to do better in the future?
If not, I think it's a good idea to repost again my long and thoughtful letter.

 ... had you been a member longer you would have seen iVAN WILDER had his queries answered long ago [several weeks], however he failed to accept them as answers, or subsequent requests to NOT flame the site and unrelated threads with continued, repetitive complaint/comment.
People are afforded reasonable space to voice issues or post bug reports, etc., however the salient point is 'reasonable'.  When someone engages in a crusader's litany of spammed diatribe it's beyond 'reasonable', certainly after weeks of the same issue being repeated yet again.
 
Post your bug.  Wait for response.  If response is 'undesired' ask why.  Accept explanation.  Still unsatisfied?  Contact sales@stardock.com for options.

Posting threads such as this is not going to help anyone at all as the issue is closed....;)

Unfortunately, I have never seen or read anyone gave this option to iVAN before.

In fact, here are the answers or the option that iVAN got:
"Sorry, but we can't fix every issue that every person has. As stated before, OD is not shelved. Wait full for the full release. Nothing else can be said or done for your issue."
"We've heard your complaint. Nothing has changed. Nothing will change."

I couldn't find any indication that iVAN was given any option at all. The only thing he could do is just wait for the next version, just like he was told to.

I remember, I gave that suggestion because I felt it's unfair as iVAN was not given any option even though he is not satisfied. Again, here are what he got: "Nothing will change." and "Nothing else can be said or done for your issue." And those were the official or final word.
If iVAN was given options to compensate his time and money. I'm sure, he won't be this disappointed and post that many complains.

No, and I repeat, had you been a site member here over the past weeks/months you would have seen that he had every reply available from every person in a position to give one.  He chose, however to continue unabated.

I trust you do not wish to further his repetitive invective by proxy as that too is unacceptable.

That was after answering the same things over and over.

iVan was not offered a refund since his purchase was 2 years ago.

If iVAN was given options to compensate his time and money. I'm sure, he won't be this disappointed and post that many complains.
