Purchasing Windows Blinds, and then loosing it

Ok I purchased windowblinds on my vista basic computer, then I upgraded to ultimate. I no longer have windowblinds and I purchased it with my hard urned money! How do I get it back without having to pay for it again. Thats all I need to know, thanks.
