Change tooltip color?

I have no clue how to change the tooltip color or tooltip text in skinstudio 6 pro. I didn't see anything about it in there so I'm asking in case I missed something.

In Edit colors dialog use the drop down box at top to access " Show me skin defined system colors "

Tooltip and Tooltip text is located in there.
