British release date, and expansion requirement?

As the title says.

 

Not really feasible to buy Twilight online, as much as I would like to, as my home computer's not connected to the Net, and I've no real means to transfer it.(This game is likely big.)

 

So....how long are we going to have to wait?  Sins is, I believe, coming out in the next few weeks, months after the U.S.  (I can only hope it'll include the balance patches already done in the between time.)

How long?  Assuming it even comes out?

 Also, does Twilight require Dark Avatar?

We're not planning on a retail release anywhere at present for TA; it's available direct only and does require DA. You can order a disc if you're unable to download, though TA and DA individually should fit on a single CDR each (or a 2gb thumb drive would hold both and the latest version of the base game).
