Problem with certain icon

sorry for my English, but I am Italian and I use a translator ... I have a problem with iconpackager, I am using the trial version of 30 days to assess whether or not to buy ... The problem is that when I save an image by firefox or save / load a file from any program, icons not see that as in the rest of the computer, but remain the default icon, except those images and videos ... you have solutions? thank you

I'm using the paid version since 2003 - it does the same as yours

the 'My Desktop' icon on the left panel doesn't change either

Do you see the case?
I talked to different users icopackager, but no one has had this problem and then I want to solve it :D
There must be something that goes in conflict with iconpackager and I must also try to another computer, to see if the problem remains so I understand that I am not so use the program :)

In normal display so see it, but if unless an image to firefox see it as in the above posted ....

I had this same problem when I had earlier builds of IconPackager. Then I downloaded 3.99 and it worked somehow, but now that I've updated to 4, I have this problem again.
