It might be an idea to post your issue here also. The forums are mainly monitored by the Wincustomize community and perhaps someone will be able to help you. Posting a complaint without any information is not the way to get a problem you seen to be experiencing resolved.

It might pay to explain a little more fully here.  That query posted to forums.stardock is anbiguous at best....;)

Though I expect it'll be more likely resolved here than with SD Support ...;)

Where do I change the classic caption button size?

Okay, I have these gigantic caption buttons.  Where do I change the size of these?  If I change them in Windows, they just get reverted back each time I save my skin.

Hopefully this is a really easy one.  I swear, I've looked and looked!

Noooo.. They didnt answer anything. Instead of replying back with an answer. All the support ticket says is:

My apologies for that mkanet. It looks like that multiple tickets got crossed over from you this month. Either it was my mistake or the responce was ment for on of the other tickets. Either way it is be addressed now. Please look for the reply today.
