Dock Disappearing After Monitor Off

I have my monitor set to turn off after 30 minutes… the computer is set to never turn off.  When I move the mouse to turn my monitor back on… ObjectDock Plus is gone.  However, if I click on the ObjectDock Plus icon in the taskbar my dock returns.

Does anyone know how to keep my dock from disappearing when my monitor comes back on?

I am running Vista – SP1 is not installed.   Object 1.90 Plus Build 535u
