Account Name Not Found

I have had sins for over a month and have been fighting every since to play my nephew on-line......

I start the game and click on Ironclad online and it asks me for my user name and password. I enter the information and it responces "Account name not found"....The first time I "created" a new account (it asks me for user name, cd key, which I entered) and it reponces account already exists.....

So I can't play becuase I have an account.....

Could someone please help,,,,,,getting any answer from ironclad is a rare thing....




Arrrgghhhh....This stardock is the most fustrating of any system I have ever sceen....from looking at these forums it is easy to see that this system is just plain broken.......I am afradi Demigod will have to be a NO buy if this is the system that is suppose to be the back end (online portion)......I understand that ironclad wants to protect the game but when a very large number of paying customers can't play then the system in broken.....

You should email support@ironcladgames.com and they should get you sorted out. Most people assume that their Stardock forum account is what ICO uses, and it isn't. I'm not sure why you can't log in to the account you previously created, though.

ICO however has nothing to do with Stardock, nor is it true that a very large number can't even log in :P

I did email them, but after a month of messing with them with no answers or bad answers I get frustrated. I guess I am just looking for somewhere, anywhere to yell.....sorry bout that...

This is a broken system and I disagree that large numbers of people can't log in...these forums are full of people that are as frustrated as I am with a broken system and lack of support.

It's pretty unusual that you've had no reply from support. Did you email Ironclad support, or Stardock? ICO accounts are the realm of Ironclad - but they should have a fairly quick turnaround time. I know sometimes Stardock's support emails get caught in various email filters, it may also be the case with Ironclad.

If you're having trouble logging into ICO, the only ones who can assist you are support@ironcladgames.com.  Stardock does not have access to ICO's user database or Ironclad's support system to assist in this area. Your ICO account is entirely separate from your Stardock.net account.

Thanks, I forwarded the email that nobody answered at stardock so the people at ironglad will also have the chance to iqnore me to.....

There should be one support for all problems with this game, especially since this game have some very many problems...

Cmamigas - I have no listed ticket under your account email. Did you write in under a different one or have a ticket ID I could look up and do a follow up on?

As it has been said on here already the Stardock.net account is not the same as the ICO account. Stardock.net is for updating, and account info like serial numbers. ICO is for online play and stat tracking. I would also recommend you download either Stardock Central or Impulse (our two download managers) to update your game fully, and the get most out of your Stardock.net account. As it stands right now I can find no errors in it.

Also as a side not if you never received anything from us that does actually mean that we didn't get the first message. To be more specific; when you mail a new email into support@stardock.com by normal means or through the website you will get an auto reply right away to let you know that the system got it. If you want to try again I would be glad to help. If you send something in and still get nothing back at all just PM me and we will go from there.

i got same problem.   so i ask u wat is goin on......this is shity dude.  i had this game for most of a year  n never played online!  now that's sad huh?  been waitin for some since ummmm.........may? or was it june?  well watever after this week if i dont get this figured out the game is getting thrown n the basement! hahahahaha   that'll work off some frustration eh?

Hey guys, im kinda new to the whole forums thing but i had a couple questions.  How does one go about creating a thread?  and also, i keep seeing references to Entrenchment that make it sound like other posters have been playing the beta.  I was wondering if the beta has been released and if so, where is it hiding?  I ask this because i pre-ordered it prior to the original release date and have not recieved any further information on availability of the beta.  any feedback would be appreciated.  Thank you.

Welcome Broukaj!

Near the top on the right hand side you will see a 'create post' button written in red. If you don't see it make sure you've chosen a category first.

The beta has not been released yet - these people are likely just speculating or discussing features that have been made public.

Thank you Mr. Frasier, i appreciate your timely response to my blinding miss of the obvious.  the screen shot of the TEC battlestation is pretty cool.  can't wait to see more (and get my hands on the Beta)
