'Plague Cure' does not show up

from GalCiv2 Forums
It shows up in the research map but not in the quick menu on the left side of the research pane. I had to find it and double click on it in the map to start researching

Had this event last night in the game I'm currently running. The AI does not seem to know what this is. I have tech trades turned off so the AI was Outta Luck on this one. The Terran and myself are the only ones with the cure. All the other races planets are down below 1b execpt the homeworlds. Kinda ruins the game!!! Now, on top of that the Korath declares war on me and he couldn't even fill up a transport if he had one! You need to look into this one and change the way the cure is handled.
