Can't activate Windowblinds

Hi :)

So I downloaded and archived windowblinds 6, then on usb stick I brought it @ home where I have no internet. So I install it, then open it, it asks a key activation, but that has to be done online....So what then? :P
I'm sure tehre is a simple solution, but I'm not sure where to look for it :)

oh yeah and I don't have a clue what the key is anyway! I tried the stardock key but that's not it (i bought the complete stardock set)

I'm having a similar problem with WB 6.1. I sent an email to Support 2 days ago, but made the mistake of not using the account I used to register the program. I did get a response 24 hours later advising me they could not locate my account. Prior to that I had updated the taks with the correct information and also immediately sent a response to the email with the correct information. That was more than 24 hours ago and still no resolution to the problem. It's not my fault a WN update doesn't always install correctly on my XP x64 machine. I follow the instructions to uninstall it and start over again! I guess that's why I reached the activation level limit. However, I've paid for the full suite and use of all the programs and I should have them! This can't be a complicated fix, so I wish someone would just get around to making the problem do away. That aside, the love SD and their product and can't imagine being without it.

oh I forgot to ask, how do I find out what the activatiopn key is??

Please go to Stardock.com/support and enter in your email address there. After that is confirmed the system will forward you a updated account of all your account info.

it's been awhile and I haven't got any mail or anything in return??

did you check your spam folder?

did you use the same email address with which you purchased?

I checked my spam folder, even though I'm sure it wouldn'be in there cuz the other stardock mails are in my inbox.
and I did use the same e-mail adres. I only got one so...

Please send me the info you sent in via PM in these forums. I will send back your account info through there. If you still have troubles with activation after that send any codes you generate through to support@stardock.com.
