Mystery application for tweaking?

What application is this? I used it and now I can't find it..

1) It let me say what the 'shadow' of the window should be (no shadow, strong shadow, different variations etc... )
2) I think it also let me customise the new bar in Windows Explorer (Vista - the chunky menu substitue bar).

If you know, then please respond, even if it is not a Stardock app...

the shadow sounds like windowsfx..
not sure about the other though...

Yeah it was WindowsFX... It really isn't very compatible with Vista. Lord knows how I managed to use it earlier!
