Navigation arrows for explorer SKS6

I have no clue what I am doing wrong here I want my navigation arrows to look something like this.

Keep in mind i am on the control panel Arrows. They dont have the arrows on them yet but obviously you can see from above what I am going for. I have the background for the arrows as nothing?

Here is what It looks like when not disabled. When Diabled they dont even show?

I am useing the same images from the top image. The top image is acually the two images I made put together in frame builder?

I really hope that someone can help me on this one. I have tried to unckeck that the image is vertical? Nothing will work? There must be something about this that is different from the rest of the parts of sks?
