Blur in visual styles manager

Hello out there, I don't know if I have a graphic card problem or software, everytime I open windowblinds to change a visual style or a wallpaper, anything actually, it go'es into blur mode, let me try to explain, as I scroll through the various items the whole screen looks like it is in a hyperdrive and I can't see anything and it sticks like that, I will close it and reopen it and it is fine but as soon as I try to scroll it blurs, any answers anyone or have I not explained the problem properly.

I run WindowsXP SP2,

I run a Nividia Geforce 7900 GTO graphics card, dual core processor, 4 gigs ram

Hello there Zubaz, can you believe it, this problem has been happening for the last 4 days, I post the problem, go to take screenshot and it is not doing it anymore, murphy's law eh!, if it starts happening again I will send screenshot, I'm sure my puter has life of its own, thanx for reply though :CONGRAT:
