Al Emmo and the lost dutchmans mine under Vista

I purchased Al Emmo and the lost dutchmans mine today and it won't run at all under Vista. Stardock's requirements show that this game is compatible with Vista. How can i get it to run or how do i get my credits refunded?

The game should run fine under Vista.  If you're having trouble, please contact Meridian4 technical support (support@meridian4.com).  If they're unable to resolve the issue, please contact sales@stardock.com about a refund.
