Hey, i been wondering...I'm in a AI game, where i just going for all Civ tech reseacrh tree, without no Tech in Militart Tech. i was wondering if i can still tech Fleet Logic? will it hurt my chance of getting the Civ tech achivement?

Greetings...

If you are talking about Fleet Logistics where you get more capital ships and fleet points, then yes, you can research those independently of either Military or Civilian Tech Tree items.
