Cannot Download Twilight of the Arnor from Stardock

Cannot Download Beta or Gamma Version of Product Purschased Online

I just purchased Gal Civ II: TA online (Download + CD) so I could begin playing the Gamma pre-release version while waiting for final release. After logging into Stardock Central to register my game (which I did successfully), no versions of TA appear in my purchased game list. I copied/pasted the serial number directly from the confirmation e-mail, so no error there.

After exiting and reloading Stardock Central, I always get an error message when I tab to "My Games" that says: "Failed to Validate your Galactic Civilizations II Registration Information. Please verify that you have entered your email address and serial number correctly." --Which I have done several times.

Also, on GalCiv2.com, under My Account --> Registrations I only get an error message, and cannot see my registered TA game.

Please help.

Bear in mind that TA will appear as a module of GC2. On a related note, you do need to have GC2 and DA registered on the same account if you don't already.
