PC crashes and reboots upon clicking "Apply Changes"

Hello!
If this is already posted somewhere here, I apologize in advance and would appreciate a link to that topic.
Now on to my problem: Everytime I click "Apply changes"/"Apply my changes" my computer locks up for a few seconds and then reboots. I've had a similar problem before but back then I had to apply my changes/change skins quite a few times for the PC to crash.
It is working to that degree that it still applies the skin I've selected, and it is still there after the reboot, but no options I've changed are saved. The option in particular I'm trying to change is the Sounds-option, as the nice-looking skin I currently use has some really loud and annoying sounds.
Is there anyone who has heard of or experienced this problem before?
System info from WB:
WindowBlinds version : WindowBlinds 6.0 (build 32 x86)
WindowBlinds is installed correctly on this PC
WindowBlinds appears to be activated on this PC
