I agree and I have stopped playing MP matches now. Until this is fixed I don't see why I should waste my time or my friends time. I surely hope they can fix this issue. My patience with PC gaming in general is getting thin these days due to this nonsense.

If you are playing with your friends you can try loading from a saved point.

start a 10 man game

3 of the players will minidump before 1 hour mark at average.

if you realy lucky, host will be one of them and everyone get good ol "migrating" that dont work 4/5 of the times...

Thats a hard and cold facts for you, IC.

did any of you e-mail the minidump files to stardock so they can analyze your issue and maybe come up with a solution? or were you under the impression that minidump was a type of error that would by and of itself tell anyone what was wrong?

Dunno if you have seen this thread yet but its a sticky and has been around for a while. It's being looked in to and there is a hotfix that can be downloaded and tested with to see if it fixes the issue. I have even posted in the MP section of the game trying to get a game up of a large amount of people to test this hotfix they released. The problem is they can not reproduce the issues internaly and have ask us, the people who get the errors the most, to help out. At the risk of sounding rude maybe if people would take the same amount of time that it takes to post OMGWTF threads to instead do a search on the issue and see what is up and get involved a bit then maybe this issue would have been resolved already? Again sorry for sounding pissy but when they release a fix that works (at lest for me it does) but everyone ignores it and then slams them for "not doing anything about it" well that makes me quite hot under the collar.

You just need 1 of those 10 people to have an .exe error to cause everyone in the game to have a minidump. Still an uncommon issue...

i read about that edix and they didnt want peole ranting there and why should i have to do their job. I paid them to do it and im sick of it. Im entitled to be frusterated and not get flamed for it. If anything they should be kissing my ass.

Err no, you bought a game not the right to say whatever you want on the forums of said game and have everybody agree with you. You also did not buy the right to be abusive or flame the makers of the game.

Indeed, but then again they did not ask you to do there job for them. They asked, and I'm paraphrasing, "Hey guys sorry we haven't fixed this issue yet we have not seen it internally and because of that we have not had a fix for it yet. But we have this download it and see if it works. If it does we'll release it. Thanks for your help."

They could, like every other company in the world, just as easily have said "Hey its a small portion of the people who play the game so screw'em." But they didn't.

You obviously have no idea how this industry works so I will enlighten you a bit. QA it hard especially on a PC. There are so many combinations of configurations it is imposable to test them all. You have to do a sweep of most common or in there case most likely to buy the game. This can be difficult to predict. Hardware is just one small part. You have companies like MS that release, beta at best, OS platforms that they have to support even though they have no control over there performance when it runs there software. It sucks. Even if you do everything perfectly in betas and alphas you will always release a product with bugs still present. Its a mater of fact. Deal with it. This is an entertainment industry and thus you should treat it as such. Whining and complaining like you have is quite immature and embarrassing. If anyone wants to point a finger at anything in this industry that causes its decline it will be people like you.

There is a time and place to "rant" this isn't one of them considering what they have done even if you chose to ignore it.
