1.04.022 ? Seeing Minidumps and unable to join multiplayer

Now lets start this story the day of 1.04's release.Im checking the various forums I know and such noticed 1.04 for sins is released and go "woot" I go download it and ask one of my friends if he wants to play,he does and we go on sins and start looking around the lobby for a match I point out a good one,I try to join and i get "your game data differs from host".I try'd to join several other games to no avail and my friend can join all of them fine so I log back on to SDC and download the patch again (archived 1.3).Now while downloading I noticed that this version is 1.04.022 and I dont think it matters so I keep downloading.By then my friend has moved on to something else so I start playing single player (strangly my save didnt invaild) after about 2-3 hours of playing I decide to call it a day for sins and go to play another game. The next day I load up the save file and start playing again after about an hour I noticed a slow down in FPS (was in a half decently big battle at the time so I didnt think anything of it) after about 30 seconds of less then 10 FPS it Crashes To Desktop with a minidump (looking at the file it shows no text or anything else). I've sent all related info and files to IC support's email and I am hoping for a response when they get back on monday.

So my main 2 questions are

Is 1.04.022 a real patch or did my SDC just go crazy ? Also could archiving and patchs several times corrupt my game files ?

Any help would be nice.

After the first crash I started it up again and it crashed again with a minidump file that contained text (game code) but I had already sent my email to IC and when they respond ill sent it to them.

Sadly...welcome to the club of "Minidumps" and multiplayer problems. 1.04 (and .022) seems to have seriously hosed a good portion of the networking ability of this game for lots of people.

All we can do it seems is wait for the next patch.

I have never had any problems with SP. I have had that problem with MP where it said i had a different version than everyone else. I believe they had a problem where they released two different versions accidentally but that should be fixed now. I can only guess that some people, who don't read the forums, haven't re-updated and your running in to them.

I have since uninstalled and reinstalled I have not run in to any more mismatch version errors.

Well see what I think happened with my version is that during all my patch's and achive attempts to get it working a file might have become corrupt and now that file has decided to be a pain,it may be a settings file or saved game file because I have reinstalled it and didnt delete them when it asked me if I wanted to.
