icon packages

i just downloaded iconpackager 3.2 downloadeded updates plus the extra icon packages from sdc. installed update and packages ok but the extra icon packages are not there. how do i get them into iconpackager????

i downloaded ip3.2 then upgraded to 3.99.146 and with that i got 2 extra icon sets . downloaded them through sdc but they dont appear in iconpackager?? i dont understand do you have to change the format of the files or something ...
the files are there but they seem not to be iconpackages

Please provide links to the sets you downloaded . . it might be a problem with the icons themselves.
