How do I install Windowsblinds on a separate disk from GalCiv2 and SoaSE?

I have two (2) hard drives, the second of which is sometimes removed to use a DVD-ROM drive.  I would like to install Windowsblinds on my C:/ drive, and to install GalCiv2 and SoaSE on my D:/ drive.

Using Stardock Central, it always installs to the same drive Stardock Central resides (C:\ in this case).  Is there a way to do this?

sdc - tools - settings - general > installation

is 'prompt to enter an installation directory' checked?
