Three Support Emails No Answer

Hey support guys,

This is a post regarding the three emails I sent to support and have not heard anything back. I sent emails about:

I just want to know what’s up? I figured you guys must be swamped but still.... I sent a support email in a while ago (few weeks maybe) and heard back promptly. I sent these over the last 3 -4 days. I sent one on Sunday and didn't write this post 'cause I figured it was the weekend and you guys would just need to catch up. But now it’s Wednesday. I need some answers, especially about items 1 and 2.

Thanks.

They had a power outtage over the weekend. You might want to re-send all the emails.

Seems strange that you didn't get a reply by now. Have you checked your junk mail or spam filter. A lot of times, because of setting, they wind up there.

Thanks for that heads up. I didn't know about the outage. I'll wait and see if someone pops their head in here and if not I'll re-send.

If you didn't get an autoreply either your email got eaten or theirs did.  Check you spam/junk mail.

Otherwise, create a case at the following link.  It feeds the same system but bypasses email: https://esupport.stardock.com/

1. Combining Two Stardock Accounts
2. Icons Resetting in IP (or rather just getting mixed up)
3. Not being able to register Sins

-------------------------------------------------------------

1. For combining accts you need to call sales at 1-888-STARDOCK or 1-888-782-7362 during business hours at 9am to 5pm est.

2. & 3. If you want you can call support at this number 1-734-927-0677 [this is not a free call!]

Also you can use irc.stardock.com with MIrc or trillian and go to channel /join #stadock to recieve some help with some support during business hours only.

If you are resending your support request - each time you do so it gets placed back at the beginning of the list [ bottom that is ] - so you will have to wait longer for a reply that way. Best way is to wait for any support request so as it is answered in the order it was recieved and such.

More than likely the sales dept. can help you with most of this - but you will need to call and ask them nicely if they can do so.

Best of luck and believe me when I say they do have a good team there for support and/or any dept. that you may need to fix your problems. Just give it a go and be patient.

As of this evening we wiped the Entertainment and Activation queues totally empty.

Formar - I went to look up your tickets and couldn't find anything under your account email. I even checked the old system just in case something leaked through but still nothing. Did you get an automated reply back to you? If not we simply never got it. In the intrest of getting this cleared for you quickly PM me the concerns you had and I will handle what I can an expidite the rest.

By the way where you simply emailing support@stardock.com or were you using the web form through the support site?

Didn't use the email form. Sent it straight to support@stardock.com through Outlook.
