Invalid Serial

I have a retail version of SoaSE  purchased at Best Buy  that I have been trying to register to play online but keep getting a message that the key I entered is invalid.  Sent an email to support but have gotten no reply (it has been 24 hrs.).   Help?

Did you at least get an autoresponse issuing you a ticket number? Standard support turnaround is two business days once you've been issued a ticket number.

If you didn't get an autoreply, then either your mail was never received (if it's spam-blocked on our end you should get a message to that effect), or you've got spam blocking on your end catching mails from support.

As an alternative to email, you can submit a ticket directly through this page. Just click next, then fill out the form and submit it (no need to log in or register there).

Each case is handled by support@stardock.com specially, so you'll need to contact them yourself.

I was having a similar issue until I tried this: make sure you enter the serial number with dashes in between where it indicates, and make sure it is NOT capitalized. At least, the time it worked, that's what I did. Hope this helps.
